Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pablo. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of our customers and the integrity of our inventory.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strictly enforced conditions:

The product must be unopened and unused.

The original manufacturer’s seal must be completely intact.

The packaging must be in its original, pristine condition.

Damaged Packaging: If the external tin, seal, or protective wrapping is torn, dented, or tampered with in any way, we cannot accept the return for safety and hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items where the safety seal has been broken.

Products that show signs of environmental wear (moisture, heat damage) after delivery.

Sale items or promotional bundles (unless otherwise stated).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@pablosilver.com with your order number.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspections and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
