Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a simplified shipping structure for all UK customers:

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

Age Verification upon Delivery

To comply with UK safety standards and ensure responsible delivery, all our shipments are sent via Age-Verified Services (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS).

ID Required: A person of legal age must be present to sign for the delivery. The courier may ask for a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS card) if the recipient appears under 25 (Challenge 25 policy).

No "Safe Place" Deliveries: Because a signature is required, our couriers cannot leave parcels in "safe places," porches, or with neighbours unless those individuals can also provide valid ID.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor your 2-day delivery progress in real-time.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses due to the requirement for a physical signature.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery:

The courier will leave a "Something for you" card.

You can rearrange delivery or collect your item from a local depot by showing your ID.

If a delivery is returned to us because of a failed age verification or multiple missed attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.
